About the Role:
MRG Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Approved Restaurant Manager for our client in Busselton, Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Supervise and lead front-of-house staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization, ensuring the restaurant meets financial targets.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
- Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, high morale, and professional development among staff.
- Proven experience as an Approved Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and cost control.
