About the Role:
MRG Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Approved Restaurant Manager for our client in Busselton, Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Supervise and lead front-of-house staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization, ensuring the restaurant meets financial targets.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
• Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, high morale, and professional development among staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Approved Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and cost control.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
