Who We're Seeking: We are looking for qualified and experienced Part-Time or Full-Time Retail Security Officers who are passionate about a rewarding career. Your Role: Retail Security Officer. As a Retail Security Officer, you will:

Be the Face: Create a welcoming and safe environment for customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
Safety First: Ensure a secure atmosphere for staff and customers, prioritising their well-being.
Vigilant Monitoring: Observe retail operations, deter suspicious activities, and respond to incidents swiftly.
Informative Reporting: Provide detailed reports on potential and actual threats to senior management.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and successful team.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

Current QLD Unarmed Licence
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Police Check (issued within the last 60 days)
Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills (Highly Desirable)
Physical fitness to fulfill duties and stand for long periods
A Friendly and Customer-Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
