As a Concierge/Security Officer, you will:

Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental locations, routes, and admission protocols.
Operate computerised access control systems and CCTV.
Provide detailed reports to management.
Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Casual Concierge/Security Officers who are passionate about their careers and eager to make a difference. If you thrive in engaging with visitors and maintaining a secure environment, we want you on our team!
To excel in this role, you will need:

A current NSW Security Licence 1AC.
A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Valid police check.
A current Working with Children Check.
Experience in security, concierge services, or CCTV monitoring.
Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
A confident, friendly demeanor with strong observational skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and report-writing abilities.
Physical fitness to perform the required duties.
Availability to work Monday to Friday.
