Who We Are Looking For
We are looking to secure a full-time Rostering & Administration Assistant to join our team. Your shifts will commence at 12pm and you will work Sundays to Thursdays each week. You will be contributing to our company's growth through impeccable administration skills and attention to detail. If you excel in a fast-paced, highly productive, and independent environment, this role is tailor-made for you. This role is located in our modern and spacious Port Melbourne office.
About the Role:
- Work autonomously, assisting a highly effective national security team to assist with rostering requirements.
- Assist the operations team with varied administrative tasks.
- Conduct daily timesheet reconciliation and maintain records.
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Undertake licence checking and compliance-related duties.
- Maintain effective communication across the business.
- Seize growth opportunities and career progression avenues.

- Demonstrated administration experience, with rostering/workforce planning skills essential.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to changes.

- Self-management skills to see tasks through from start to finish.
- Availability for afternoon/evening shifts.

- Prior security industry experience is valued but not mandatory.
