About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Able Australia. This is a 6 month fixed term position based at our Hobart office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Co-ordinate accurate and up-to-date rosters for both clients and employees across Able Australia’s services
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for all client and staff scheduling enquiries, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders
The successful applicant will be expected to attend our office to undertake training. If you thrive in a busy environment and have a flexible approach to your working day this could be the role for you.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience rostering in a disability/ NDIS setting, or other relevant sector
- Knowledge of financial packaging and rostering in line with budget limitations
- Demonstrated experience with successful conflict resolution over the phone
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders in person, via emails, and over the phone.
- Ability to manage your time to ensure the completion of tasks in an efficient manner, including a strong ability to multitask
- A genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the community
- Flexibility to accommodate peaks in workflows
- Available to work across a rotating 7am to 7pm roster which may include weekends, and participate in an oncall roster
