• SHIFTS – 5AM – 11:30PM ROTATING SHIFTS (MONDAY – SUNDAY)

JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage parking facilities at client locations.
• Park customer vehicles safely and securely.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of parking areas.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on car park performance.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Unrestricted NSW driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in a customer service role delivering excellent service.
• Previous face-to-face customer service.
• The ability to be flexible and available to work on weekends.
• Professional presentation.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.
