Who we are looking for
Challenger Security is seeking qualified and experienced Full time Security Officers who are career focused and determined to join a team with excellent opportunities for training and promotion. You will work at 5-star Retirement Living Facilities across Sydney Metropolitan areas. Previous experience working in Retirement Living Facilities will be highly regarded or at a minimum, you must have previous experience working in other premier facilities involving frequent engagement with visitors and guests.
What you'll be doing

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
Maintaining working knowledge of the locations of various departments, routes and admission requirements
Use computerised access control systems/CCTV
Report detailed information to management
Work within a highly successful team environment.

What you need to apply
For this role, you will need:

Current Security Licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Have a valid police check
Previous experience in Security
Excellent presentation and grooming standards
A confident and welcoming attitude to customer experience with high level observation skills
Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
Have been vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza
Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster
