Risk Program Manager, Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE)

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) with experience in managing Selling Partner Experience (SPX) to join our APAC Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in Sydney. The PM will focus on understanding the selling partners’ problems and streamlining their experiences as they navigate and fulfill Amazon’s compliance requirements.

They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our selling partner experience by driving initiatives to: 1) empower our selling partners to stay compliant with our policies; 2) mitigate unnecessary friction; and 3) hold a high bar on accuracy and transparency in our communication, education and our compliance programs enforcement. This will require collaboration across various teams, including TSE program team (RISC and Product Quality), business, legal, operation, product, science and technical teams to gain insights into our enforcement actions, improve accuracy of our decisions, in order to create positive and seamless experience for our selling partners to meet their compliance obligations in Amazon.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer obsession and enthusiasm to identify and resolve selling partners impacting issues. We are looking for an exceptionally good communicator and content developer who has a natural talent for organizing information and making it "make sense" to a wide range of people. The candidate should also be proficient in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven and actionable insights and be capable of working independently in an ambiguous environment. The successful candidate will be a strong self-starter, able to figure out what they need to do first, then make it happen despite the ambiguity and competing priorities of a start-up environment.

Key job responsibilities
  • Deep dive on SPX metrics and relevant data points, and make data-driven decisions in prioritization and solutions to improve SPX;
  • Manage and resolve escalations from business team, set up mechanism and process to gather Voice-of-Sellers (Vo S) through various channels, and evaluate their feedback to identify SPX gaps in the existing products/processes;
- Work with Legal, Program, Operations, and Product teams to develop short- and long-term solutions, scale and simplify processes, develop robust mechanisms, and launch new SPX favorable features for improving SPX;
  • Create clear and concise content and workflows to help selling partners succeed and stay compliant when selling on Amazon;
  • Partner with global SPX teams to develop and expand new products, tools, processes to APAC;
  • Organize compliance trainings for internal teams and external selling partners to enhance their knowledge about compliant listing requirements required by Amazon and regulatory.
