As an after-hours service provider we operate primarily during mornings, nights and throughout the weekend. We do not offer daytime shifts during the week and the position is casual.
The ideal candidates should have previous experience in administration and/or rostering. We are seeking someone who is responsible and mature, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidates should be capable of managing interactions with clients in crises, following through on assigned tasks, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Weekday AM or PM shifts available: AM 06:00-10:00 or PM 17:30-23:00
- Weekend AM or PM shifts available: AM 06:00-12:00 or PM 13:00-19:00
- Must be available to work Saturday & Sundays, or at least one day on the weekend.
- Rostering or admin experience is required
- Office is located at Shellharbour
Our job is to maintain the rostering/schedules we are given, and to ensure our clients are properly cared for.
- The role of Rostering works to provide scheduling services to our clients nationwide
- The ability to answer phones in a professional manner
- Bubbly and friendly personality
- Must have good computer skills
- Manage interactions with clients in crises
- Able to calmly and effectively handle and resolve client concerns & deescalate situations where necessary
- Experience in scheduling preferred
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Rostering or Admin: 1 year (Required)
