Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers by greeting them, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations.
• Sales Support: Assist customers with service selection, answer queries, and process transactions efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and manage stock levels to ensure availability.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
• Calling Clients: calling potential clients to discuss potential jobs
• Quoting: Prepare and provide quotes to clients based on their inquiries and requirements.
• Scheduling: Arrange appointments, meetings, and sales calls for the sales team, ensuring efficient use of their time.
• Emailing: Manage and respond to incoming emails; draft and send communications as needed.
• Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• General Admin: complete general Admin Tasks required to maintain operations

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. no-experience necessarily required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and a passion for working with people.

Pay: $21.38 – $36.71 per hour
