Based in Metricon Head office in Mt Waverley.

Reporting to the General Manager, Met Invest, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and coordinate house and land packages and administration for Met Invest
Administer marketing materials to selling agents
Coordinate contracts with BDMs and external sales agents
Prepare relevant internal sales paperwork for BDMs and Accounts
Assist in developing new more efficient processes
Administrative support and projects as nominated by General Manager.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience within a similar role supporting a sales team
Ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Commitment to continuous learning
Intermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Business Craft is preferred but not essential
Motivated in achieving quality results
