Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Outdoor Living products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing

exceptional customer service.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed

Sales targets.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including outdoor deck, fencing, gates, doors, tiles and accessories.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor living

or related industry.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed within Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
