An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Lead to join Service Stream in our Clayton office

About the Role

Service Stream’s Energy (Gas) division are currently seeking a Scheduling lead to join our growing company. As a Scheduling Lead, you are accountable responsible for the management and planning of overseeing the scheduling planned and unplanned works ensuring efficient productivity within the required time frames. The lead will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and efficient delivery of gas work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure the customer requirements are met.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Clayton

Reporting Line: Planning and Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the team to ensure agreed KPIs for reliability, performance and Customer are met including priority response.
Manage all WOs from planning to scheduling and ensure optimal reliability and performance of all staff / contractors to meet contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and customer.
Manage the handover process from scheduling to dispatch for all WOs.
Analyse and optimise scheduling processes for efficiencies and effectiveness maintaining service level agreements and quality standards.
Develop and maintain contract-specific approach to scheduling, jeopardy and performance management to support the effective delivery of the OMSA Program of Works.
Ensure compliance with gas industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Manage all reporting requirements including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Manage the performance and development of the team Support the Planning Manager and Dispatch lead when required.
Provide recommendations on efficiencies and better ways of working and deliver process changes from the Business Improvement Team

About You

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Gas Industry experience an advantage.
Certificate IV Frontline Management favourably regarded.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
