Security Monitoring Operator

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver ongoing monitoring of Translink's passenger transport network, using advanced monitoring equipment to detect and respond to potential security threats in real-time.
- Respond to security incidents, such as criminal, or suspicious activities, by initiating appropriate protocols and alerting relevant personnel, authorities, or delivery partners.
- Coordinate with security personnel, emergency services, and management to ensure a swift and appropriate response to security incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key delivery partners and stakeholders, including local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant government agencies.
- Maintain detailed records of all security incidents and prepare reports for analysis and improvement, helping Translink enhance its security measures and policies.
