About the role:

MSS Security is looking for a proactive and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations within our corporate site, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

In this role you are expected to:

Leadership: Supervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and response to incidents.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:

Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
Current NSW Security licence
You have proven experience in a security leadership role.
Have strong understanding of security systems and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and manage high-pressure situations.
High standards of presentation and grooming
High level computer literacy skills
