Senior AEM Engineer

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Java 8+
- Strong Java / JVM skills required
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience with Adobe AEM 6.x and/or AEM cloud services. including components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, tagging, analytics, dispatcher, deployment(Maven), Cloud Manager, and content migration/ planning.
- Very strong with concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak
- Good understanding of AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprints and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development on enterprise-grade web applications.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, HTML 5.0, CSS3, ES6+, Typescript, and page optimization.
- Understand and implement best practices for Accessibility, SEO, URL management, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture.
- Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM Search, Commerce package or other platforms
- Proficient knowledge of the end to end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes
- Implemented Quality Delivery pipeline using Bamboo/Jenkins.
- Familiar with Linux/Unix Administration
- Worked to streamline Code Quality using Sonar Qube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
- Worked with GIT / Stash
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available services
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
- Work autonomously
- Any experience with API/microservices using Restful implementations and AWS is highly desirable.
- Experience in Automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Ansible, Salt Stack, Docker, are nice to have
Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
