Role Status: Full-Time Term Vacancy for 12 months, with the Possibility of Extension
Remuneration: ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation
Role Details

The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

Planning and executing change management activities to support ICT initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption
Developing, delivering and reporting on training strategies, programs and advice to address ICT training needs related to initiatives and practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within ICT and across DCP to create and implement change management and training strategies
Ensuring the successful implementation and utilisation of new and enhanced business system capabilities.

About You
We are looking for a confident individual with experience in applying change management frameworks, methodologies, and associated techniques to effectively manage change.
To be successful in this role you will need experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based training programs, schedules and assessment plans.
If you can work independently under broad direction, prioritise conflicting demands and develop schedules aligned with corporate objectives, then this may be the ideal role for you.
