Senior Competitive Gymnastics Coach (Program Manager) & Recreational Gymnastics Coach/es
Infinity Gym Sports & Health is seeking a passionate, engaged & committed staff to coach within our Gymnastics program in our brand new location at North Rocks.
Infinity continues to excel in providing pathways from Recreational to Competitive Gymnastics. We are looking to grow our coaching family with dynamic and energetic team members that are passionate about their athletes' development as well as their own professional development.
A coaching team role involves creating and continuing to provide an environment that is positive, safe and fun. You will be responsible for implementing and delivering programs within your area of expertise ~ Competitive Gymnastics or Recreational Gymnastics.
Full time role will be considered for Senior Gymnastics Coach (Program Manager) candidates with experience.
REQUIRED:

• High level organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships
• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and friendly outgoing nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness & availability to work our core business hours, including Saturdays
• Working with Children Check
• Recreational Coaches - Gymnastics experience preferred but not essential

DESIRABLE:

• Accreditation with Gymnastics Australia or equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an exemplary standard of coaching within their program area
• Provide excellent member service & help to create and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
• Work effectively with members and staff to develop and maintain relationships.
• Support and fully participate in the culture of the organisation.
• Assist with planning, organising, and implementing programming throughout the year, including classes, teams, holiday programs and special events
• Participate in training sessions and attend mandatory meetings as scheduled.
• Work closely and in partnership with the core team.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Team player. Able to contribute to a workplace of positive culture.
• Be consistent and reliable in arrival and attendance to ensure the proper operation of the facility.
• Must be able to be flexible with work schedule in order to participate in special events, competitions, staff meetings and other core business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour
