Senior Finance Business Partner

This role will provide advice and analysis to Business Managers including detailed information on cost structures and business drivers. They will play a key role in developing and coordinating operational and capital budgets engaging with managers to develop strategies to control budgets. Working with these managers monitoring and reporting on performance is a key responsibility.

This Senior Finance Business Partner, plays a critical role in this working closely with business managers to provide high-quality financial advice, primarily around budgets, costing models, and on-costing strategies. Responsibilities include: developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting, developing financial models for funding and reporting, benchmarking and identifying strategies for greater deficiencies, and reviewing business improvement initiatives
This role will be based in Ipswich.
The successful candidate will require:

Significant experience providing advice to business managers on managing budgets and performance.
Advanced analytical skills to assess costing models to identify improvements.
Preferably a CPA or CA or equivalent accounting qualification.
Strong MS Excel skills.
SAP experience.
High level of communication and engagement skills.
