• Lead finance staff and business partner with the Digital Services function, developing and embedding systems & process to drive performance and consistency.
• Monthly reporting and review, analysis and insights into performance including benchmarking to drive improvement identifying areas for improved efficiencies and cost savings
• R&O analysis, prepare and present financial reports, forecasts and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Implement action plans to improve working capital performance to achieve target conversion rates.
Ensure governance and compliance with financial controls and develop new processes to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., qualified CA or CPA) preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, preferably within IT, Technology, Digital Services and or a business transformation environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience within a large-scale complex organisation.
