- Assist in the supervision of a fully functional core processing facility.
- Complete regular audits and inspections to ensure maintenance of mobile and fixed plant.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide in-house training and ongoing mentoring of Geology Technicians.
- Process, sample, and collect data from diamond drill core.
- Sample and collect data from Reverse Circulation, Blast Hole, Rotary Air Blast, Aircore and auger drillholes.
- Ensure timely and accurate sample dispatch to assay laboratories.
- Coordinate daily activities, liaising with mining and geology teams.
- Develop strong working relationships with members of the Operations, Growth and Discovery Geology teams.
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Current approved and recognised forklift ticket.
- Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft office products.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to plan daily activities and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
