A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Fraud Management and Investigations - reporting to the General Manager Internal Audit and Fraud within nbn’s Finance business unit.
A bit about your role
The Senior Manager Fraud Management and Investigations is responsible for leading a specialist team of in-house and co-sourced resources, focussing on the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud and corruption related risks at nbn and and maintaining and executing the Fraud and Corruption Control Framework.
The role involves working closely with the business in conducting fraud and corruption risk assessments, developing fraud prevention and detection strategies, managing integrity frameworks (including nbn’s Gifts or Benefits and Conflicts of Interest Registers), performing and leading investigations providing fraud and integrity awareness training and advisory services. You will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise-wide fraud and corruption and integrity management, and lead with promoting a culture of integrity across the company.
A bit about you
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in designing and executing fraud management frameworks, leading investigations, managing teams and proven stakeholder management. Other essential skills include fraud and corruption risk management, investigations, analytical skills, report writing, and highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities. The role also requires the ability to respond quickly in a rapidly evolving environment. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CFE, CPA, CA, and Licensed Investigator and experience with Whistleblowing regimes.
