A great opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Performance and Rewards reporting to the GM Performance and Rewards where you will join a high performing team within our People and Culture Business Unit.
A bit about your role
In this role you will be responsible for leading our annual remuneration review across nbn, including salary planning, STI management, forecasting and market analysis. You will also be responsible for leading various Reward initiatives including related projects as needed.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, then it is likely you will have extensive experience with modelling and have a demonstrated working knowledge of HRIS tools/payroll systems such as Workday. Your background in project managing complex initiatives such as annual remuneration reviews, annual reporting etc along with your knowledge in managing remuneration and benefit practices will also see you succeed in this role.
