Roy Morgan is growing and is seeking an experienced researcher to join our bustling Research Institute.

About the Role

Working closely with highly regarded senior researchers, you will oversee the design, implementation and management of a wide range of commercial research projects - including customer experience, brand health, customer satisfaction, NPS, B2B research, and much more.

You will develop and maintain regular internal and external client engagement and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You shall guide team members and external partners through critical project phases, including planning, design, delivery, data analysis, and reporting of insights. A typical day may involve:

• designing research and questionnaires to identify accurate insights
• reviewing progress on surveys in field with project managers, operations team and clients
• analysing data and designing reports to communicate actionable insights clearly
• advising clients on best practice research and optimisation of client-run research
• designing research, costing, and writing proposals in response to research briefs and leads
• proactively contacting prospective clients to build awareness of our expertise and research programs.,

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in the market research/data industries and a proven ability to manage projects and build collaborative relationships. You will possess strong written and oral communication skills in a technical/data environment, the ability to manipulate and understand data, problem solve and innovate. You'll also need appropriate tertiary qualifications, such as a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, and/or Data, and competent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
