About the role

We have a permanent opportunity based in Wyndham for a Senior Operator Water Treatment. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining Wyndham Microfiltration water plant to optimise process and delivery outputs through monitoring, analysis, and corrective action.
What the role will involve
- Using your full range of skills to operate and maintain a treatment plant
- Performing routine maintenance tasks
- Attend and repair breakdown tasks in safe and timely manner
- Required to work alone and as part of a dynamic treatment team
- Once trained in plant operations be part of an on call standby roster
We are seeking a suitable candidate in water treatment and micro filtration ideally possessing strong experience and knowledge in the use of SCADA and atmospheric monitoring equipment (desirable) along with:
- W.A ‘C’ Class driver’s licenses
- Certificate III National Water Package (Treatment) (desirable)
- Relevant High-Risk Licences, LF, EWP, DG, CV (desirable)
- Ability to work on a standby roster
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as a team

- Earn a base of $87,844 + Super + location allowance of $14,235 (double if married or have children) + annual leave travel concessions + aircon subsidy
- Paid 1 hour over time each day
