Job Description
Are you passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences? Do you thrive in collaborative environments, driving innovation and excellence in design practices? We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on Interaction Design (Ix D) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to shape and lead the product design direction across existing and future product areas.
Day to day:

• Interaction Design Leadership: Lead the design and development of interaction models, UI patterns, and prototypes that ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborative Design Workshops: Facilitate and lead collaborative design workshops, co-design sessions, and usability tests with customers and stakeholders to align on product vision and user experience.
• Design Systems & Usability: Drive the continuous improvement of our design systems, ensuring usability and accessibility are at the forefront of every design decision.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the design team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product design with a strong focus on interaction design, preferably within product teams.
• Experience in interaction design, building prototypes and optimising UI patterns for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing UI patterns, with experience in HTML, CSS, design libraries, and design tokens.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro, and other relevant tools.
• A deep understanding of UX principles and UI design techniques, with the ability to translate customer problems into highly usable UI experiences.
