The Opportunity
HCA’s Muswellbrook Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator for a 14 month fixed term. In this position, you will enjoy working alongside a talented team who are safety and customer focused and who all help each other achieve success!
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training.
  • Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave.
  • Compile information required for internal & external audits.
  • Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
  • Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
  • Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable.
  • Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
