As a market leader, we pride ourselves on being the experts in luxury furniture design.
We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Keysborough Distribution Centre on a full-time permanent basis. The working hours of this role are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
About the role:
- Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
- Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
About you:
- Previous experience as a Service and/or Despatch Coordinator, or within warehouse administration;
- Furniture experience is highly favourable
- Experience in customer service, within Call Centre environment preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with good organisation skills
- Comfortable with computers and efficient with data entry
- Effective working in a busy environment and meet deadlines
