Your opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Services Team Leader to join our team at Westfield Parramatta. In this role, you will help manage our Valet and Concierge services, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Working closely with the Services Supervisor, you will be a key part of our customer service efforts, supporting our commitment to quality in a dynamic environment. If you are enthusiastic about providing great service and leading a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Lead by example, ensuring a customer-first approach and consistently driving NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.
Set the bar for service excellence within the team, providing training and coaching to align with our service standards.
Maintain open communication across multiple platforms and teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This full-time Team Leader role with a core roster from Tuesday to Saterday.
