The Opportunity
Ulan Underground is currently seeking to appoint a Shift Trade Supervisor (Electrical or Mechanical). Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, this role will be responsible for providing shift trade supervision, mentoring and technical support whilst driving the safe execution of maintenance activities.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate has the following skills and experiences:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an underground coal environment.

Mechanical or electrical trade qualification
-
Strong technical and practical understanding of maintenance activities and equipment in the coal industry; and
-
Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
