We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Mining – Drill & Blast team at our Thunderbox, WA operations. This will be on going, long-term project work.
Roster is 8:6 roster – day shift only.
The Role
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Site Administrator facilitates smooth operations by providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining accurate records.
This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing site functionality, enabling the team to focus on core operational tasks while ensuring logistical and administrative processes run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain site daily site reports.
Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
Monitor incoming and outgoing freight.
Maintain stationery and office consumables.
Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
Maintain stock and purchases.
Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
Other operational support as required.

The successful applicant will have:

Full Australian Working Rights
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role
C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise
A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Previous experience working as a Site Administrator
