Position Overview:
Currently seeking a skilled Solar Electrician to join our team immediate start available.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and terminations for solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
- Conduct system commissioning, testing, and quality assurance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar energy systems, including electrical faults and equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Complete installation projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including materials used, work performed, and any deviations from original plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical challenges.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to apprentice electricians and junior team members.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in solar PV installation and electrical work.
- knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
