Flux Solar is a new solar installation provider in Sydney, NSW (Western Suburbs). Established in 2023, we're seeking a skilled Solar Electrician to join the team.
In this role, your primary focus will be on the electrical components and compliance documents, while others may handle the physical aspects, such as heavy lifting and mounting panels.

Essential Qualifications for this role:
- CEC Solar Accreditation OR (SAA)
- Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA)
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Working at Heights Certification
Essential Skills for this role:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in residential solar installation as an electrician.
- Experience in solar installation including mounting, inverters, breakers, conduit, wiring...
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise labourers, apprentices, and other electricians.
- Confident in problem-solving and managing worksites.
- Pride in craftsmanship and quality workmanship.
- Conduct Solar PV performance compliance analyses.
