We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Solar Roofer to join our team in Western Sydney. If you’re passionate about solar energy, love working outdoors, and want to be part of a growing company in the industry that’s making a real difference, this is the gig for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing and mounting solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
• Working closely with a friendly crew of like-minded individuals
• Getting to learn on the job, with room to grow your skills and responsibilities
• Ensuring safe and efficient installations (we’ve got your back on all safety gear and training!)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with roofing or solar installations (or just a keen interest – we’re open!)
• Ability to work on rooftops safely and with confidence
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license and White Card (bonus if you have working at heights certification)

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Solar Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
