Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a Sports Administrator to join our South Yarra Campus.
The Sports Administrator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Sport and implementing administrative initiatives, systems and processes that improve the overall delivery of the sports program to students.

This is fixed term replacement position for Semester 1 2025, working 42 weeks per year.
You will
- Have general knowledge of sport and the administrative aspects of running sporting competitions
- Have high level of organisation, with outstanding accuracy with record keeping and data management
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Have sound interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build trusting and effective relationships with staff and external parties
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Employee Working with Children Clearance
