STRONG Pilates is a new and innovative concept. With its own Academy (we will fund this!), becoming a Studio Manager at STRONG means obtaining a unique qualification – leading to an increased and highly regarded skillset, and more earning potential!
STRONG Pilates at Fortitude Valley are looking for a Studio Manager to join their team in the coming weeks! This position will be either full time or part time - this is negotiable.
Our Studio Managers at STRONG play a vital role at our Studios through their delivery of classes that align with Strong guidelines, inspire, and make a positive difference to individual lives and our community as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring OH&S Standards are always upheld
• Delivering classes in alignment to Strong standards
• Facilitating a supportive, nurturing and client focused atmosphere
• Sales (with the support of a Sales Manager and team)
• Management of the team

Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong interest in Pilates and desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
• Some experience instructing or coaching Group Fitness Classes
• Minimum two years of experience in a Client / Customer facing role
• Exceptional communication – written and verbal
• Experience in sales

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Fitness
• Experience facilitating Group Fitness
• First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Insurance (or willing to obtain)
• Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
