About the role

We are looking for Drill Supervisor’s to provide leadership to a multiskilled team, actively promote safety awareness and safe work practices, and have a passion for driving and harnessing a great team culture. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, coupled with your technical knowledge to effectively coordinate execution of work.

Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent you will also:
  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes, whilst providing leadership, development, and support to your team
  • Work collaboratively with peers across multiple disciplines to deliver the mine plan, supervise and coordinate drilling activities on site
  • Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant with relevant statutory regulations and business standards and policies
  • Complete daily inspections of all work areas, and regular field interactions with the team to develop a safe and effective work culture

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • WA WHS Statutory Supervisor Certification
  • Ability to achieve outcomes through influence and collaboration with others
  • Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver’s License
