An exciting opportunity exists for a Supervisor Patient Support Assistants improve the patient's experience and this is the focus of your daily tasks, both directly and indirectly. You will supervise the Patient Support Assistants while participating as a valued member of Environmental Services and coordinating workflow.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• The Supervisor completes all PSA duties with additional responsibilities.
• Prioritise workloads and organise replacement staff due to short term emergent leave e.g. sick leave.
• Support PSAs in the completion of their day to day duties.
• Monitor communication regarding unscheduled tasks to ensure completion.
• Conduct regular audits, document planned actions, deliver feedback and ensure breaches rectified.

Remuneration value up to $80 680 p.a., comprising salary between $67 462 - $70 712 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO3) (2 Full-Time positions avaliable).
