About the Role
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Local Roxby Residents who are interested to join our talented Underground OR Surface Execution Teams in our Production Critical Operational Roles. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the day to day operations of achieving department targets in a safe and efficient manner. These roles are offered as residential to Roxby Downs on a flexible working arrangement.

- Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace.

About you:
- You will have an overriding commitment to health, safety and the environment.
- You will be self motivated and driven to succeed
- You work well in a team, are a good communicator and have the ability to work autonomously
- You enjoy work outdoors and are comfortable undertaking a range of activities in your day-to-day role
- You have experience in the development and following of plans
- It will be a role requirement that you have a current drivers licence and are able to confidently drive a manual vehicle.
- Experience in mining is not required.
