About the role:
AGL is looking for a Team Assistant to join the Electrification & Innovation business unit to provide essential support services, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, facilitating effective planning, senior leadership and management duties and offering general assistance across the team.
What you’ll be doing:

Work with Product Owners, Product Leads, Leadership team and other key stakeholders to create and maintain purchase orders and track and pay invoices.

Assist in the coordination of leadership team through creating meeting requests, emails, internal communications, and presentations.
-
Assist with travel bookings and credit card reconciliations for the Leadership Team as needed in accordance with relevant policies.

Assisting Personal Assistant to GM with adhoc administrative duties
-
Co-ordinate logistics of meetings and functions ranging from team meetings to conferences, roadshows and presentations (both on and off-site location), including venues and planning, on behalf of the LT

Manage and track action items and to-do lists for key team members.

Maintain and update The Source and other team documents such as organisation charts.
About you:

Exceptional organisational skills and strong sense of initiative.

High level of business acumen
-
Confident liaising with people from all levels of the business
-
Ability to work autonomously
-
Intermediate MS office skills
-
Comfortable learning new programs, systems or ideas.

Previous secretarial or administrative experience.
