• Lead the technical aspects of civil packages, including tender evaluations, technical negotiations, and contractor management.
• Oversee the timely progression of civil and structural designs for greenfield energy projects, ensuring smooth integration with other engineering scopes.
• Conduct civil/structural inspections and quality checks to meet project standards and requirements.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and OEMs to ensure the successful execution of engineering tasks and adherence to legislative standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, energy hubs, asset services, and operations, to drive project success.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
• Eligible for Engineers Australia membership (essential); CPEng certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Australian civil engineering standards and industry construction practices.
• Expertise in areas like geotechnical engineering, earthworks, drainage, road and foundation design, and concrete structures.
• Experience managing complex technical and commercial aspects of large-scale civil projects.
• Solid project management and construction process knowledge.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
