About your opportunity:In this position you will:

Identify, implement, analyse, and report on strategies to resolve issues that negatively impact on effective processing and workflows in order to maintain consistent quality outcomes.
Provide advice, guidance, and ongoing training to administrative staff in relation to administration processes.
Take responsibility for the development and maintenance of a quality administration service within Medical Imaging including the management, monitoring, planning and coverage of FTE, overtime, sick leave, and training for administration staff and develop strategies for the provision of a cost-effective administrative service.
Ensure regular waitlist audits are carried out to monitor and improve data integrity and ensure accuracy of data to assist in improving processes and workflows.
Foster effective working relationships with line managers and senior clinical staff to promote service quality, responsiveness, and compliance with established procedures and policies.
