About your opportunity:In this position you will:
- Identify, implement, analyse, and report on strategies to resolve issues that negatively impact on effective processing and workflows in order to maintain consistent quality outcomes.
- Provide advice, guidance, and ongoing training to administrative staff in relation to administration processes.
- Take responsibility for the development and maintenance of a quality administration service within Medical Imaging including the management, monitoring, planning and coverage of FTE, overtime, sick leave, and training for administration staff and develop strategies for the provision of a cost-effective administrative service.
- Ensure regular waitlist audits are carried out to monitor and improve data integrity and ensure accuracy of data to assist in improving processes and workflows.
- Foster effective working relationships with line managers and senior clinical staff to promote service quality, responsiveness, and compliance with established procedures and policies.
