ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting for a Team Leader – NT based in Alice Springs to work alongside the Youth Management team in leading program staff to work with Anangu communities in developing, implementing and reviewing programs and strategies to address the recreational, social and emotional needs of youth on communities. This role is an integral part of the management team, including supervising staff whilst providing day-to-day delivery of the Youth program.
You will ensure Youth Development Officers, Anangu Support Workers and Project Officers in your team are provided with the support, supervision and development they require to be effective in their roles, whilst providing guidance and support to other Youth team special projects. The role will also be responsible for submissions of funding performance reports, ensuring accurate data collection, and assisting to manage multiple budgets that cross over with other operational services delivered by the team.

You will have values that closely align with our guiding principles, be resilient, driven and strong in relationship building. You will have experience in supervision and can also balance the day-to-day delivery of program work and projects.
This is a unique chance to work for an organisation that takes a grassroots approach to community development. You will receive best practice supervision and professional development that includes vicarious trauma, case management and four-wheel driving training. We also provide critical incident debriefing and a range of counselling services to support you.
