In line with our Customer First Strategy and to support our continued success online, Myer is opening a new National Distribution Centre (NDC). This “state of the art” facility based in Ravenhall will utilise automated solutions to centrally replenish stock to stores, as well as servicing the fulfilment needs of our online customers.
Reporting to the National Distribution Centre Operations Manager, this role will be vital in coordinating the replenishment, fulfilment & delivery operations for the Myer National Distribution Centre (NDC). Provide accurate and consistent delivery service for all Myer customers and national store replenishment.
Coordinate and support the NDC Operations Manager with all aspects of safety, people, service, productivity, cost & inventory within all departmental operations including:

Inbound
Replenishment
Picking/Packing
Outbound
Despatch
Transport

About you:

Minimum 2 years in a Warehouse or Logistics Operational role or Team Manager Role.
Ability to hold formal performance discussions with Team Members.
Ability to work under pressure to plan towards site objectives.
Strong people leadership showing compassion and understanding.
Ability to work in a team along side other members of the leadership team.
Ability to identify, grow and nurture talent.
Set up succession planning for relevant department.
Experience within an automated warehouse would be advantageous.
Supply Chain Tertiary qualification or Cert IV would be advantageous.
