Grill'd isn't just about nutritious burgers; it's an incredible hospitality experience powered by our vibrant team members. With over 170 locally-minded restaurants nationwide, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as a crew member at Grill'd in Cannon Hill!
The Perks:
As a key part of our hospitality team, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, delivering exceptional customer service with a fun and friendly vibe. From the front of house to the kitchen, you'll take pride in prepping quality ingredients with love, mastering various stations (chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor, and till), and ensuring the restaurant is always sparkling clean. Join our fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused dining environment, where teamwork and quick service go hand in hand. Work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, as part of our flexible schedule.
What We Look For:
While previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment is welcome, the role offers full training. We value individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
What's Next?
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an interview, advancing to the next stage of our recruitment process. These positions are part-time and require availability for a variety of shifts during the week and on weekends. Applicants are required to have the right to work in Australia.
