Role Details
The Team Supervisor, Customer Service is a role within the Screening Unit of Community Investment and Support and is accountable to the General Manager Customer Experience for:

Employment-related Screening Check required.
Role Status: Term up to 03/04/2026
Salary Range: $76,561-$80,256 (ASO4)

Role Details
The Team Supervisor, Customer Service is a role within the Screening Unit of Community Investment and Support and is accountable to the General Manager Customer Experience for:
- Management of workload of a team of Customer Service Officers, including rostering staff and managing the workflow of applications and enquiries.
- Providing support and technical advice to staff on the matching and review of applicant’s identification information along with complex customer enquiries and application process queries.
- Providing support to staff to ensure a responsive and timely customer service is provided to applicants and organisations.
- Establishing, implementing and managing screening procedures and processes.
- Processing refunds of screening applications.
- Maintaining an appropriate level of security and adherence to confidentiality in the Screening Unit.
