In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical support on-calls and Tik Tok Shop Partner Center support tickets in a high volume environment
• Become an expert in all domains related to Tik Tok Shop ranging from selling products in Tiktok Shop to fulfilling orders to helping creators go live
• Support our partners and developers who are building and testing API integrations with Tiktok Shop
• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Engineering, Product Managers and other E-Commerce teams to troubleshoot or route complex issues

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 2 years experience in E-commerce space, technical support or product specialist
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with webhooks, debugging response codes, token authorization, and other web technologies to understand problems end to end
• Understand basic REST API concepts and API calls
