A medium sized property group based in Rhodes are seeking a confident & meticulously organised Corporate Receptionist who can coordinate the management of their front of house operations. The train station is a 2 minute walk away
Day to Day:
- Answering phones & directing calls to appropriate staff
- Meeting & greeting guests
- Maintain filing systems
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring Reception area is clean & tidy
- Receive & distribute mail
- Booking of couriers
- Assist with any inhouse lunches & events
- Undertrake any adhoc admin tasks as directed by the EA
- 3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Be well-presented, friendly and courteous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must possess Receptionist exp in Australia
- Identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve service
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Australia (Required)
