Workshop Administrator

We require a suitably experienced Workshop administrator to coordinate the maintenance planning of our fleet and equipment. You will ideally have a sound understanding of truck and trailer fleet maintenance, as well as workshop and spare parts.
The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities by effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
Full time, permanent position located at our Forrestfield facility. An attractive remuneration package will be offered for this position dependent upon the skills, experience and demonstrated achievements of the successful candidate.

The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities by effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
- Manage the fleet maintenance system
- Responsible for day-to-day administration, data entry, record keeping and streamlining processes where necessary
- Order and monitor Parts.
- Develop fleet and asset management reports for the business
- A minimum 2year's proven and demonstratable experience in a workshop & fleet environment
- Well-developed analytical, reporting, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication, prioritization, time management and training skills.
- Previous stores, purchasing experience with parts and local supplier knowledge will be highly advantageous.
