Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Front Office Manager:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:

Assisting our Front Office Managers in the operational and administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth processes in the front office and guest service departments
Welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries and complaints
Coordinating room allocation and availability as well as close collaboration with the housekeeping department
Training, motivating, and supervising the front office team
Supporting with the staff planning
Ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
Proceeding check-ins/check-outs and managing guest communication via various channels (phone, email)
Assisting with onboarding of new employees and participating in projects to enhance guest satisfaction

Required Skills:

Completed training in hospitality or a related field, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the front office department, ideally in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of service
Leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in common hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus
Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for teamwork
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
